Shropshire Deaf Children’s Society Family Spooktacular Sponsored walk 2024
WE NEED YOUR HELP!
Has your child benefited from
the SDCS in the last few years?
Would you like to give something back?
Are you up for a challenge?
On Sunday 20th October 2024 we would like you to join us on a sponsored walk
at Comer Woods to raise much needed funds for the SDCS.
This is an opportunity to ask your friends and family to dig deep into their pockets and support this fantastic society. Every year we support children and young adults throughout Shropshire and Telford and Wrekin, by funding equipment and events for hearing impaired children and their families e.g. Bowling, Transition Day, Family Fun Day, Pantomime and lots more besides.
Last year we raised an impressive £1727.50 from our sponsored walk. Can you help us to beat that?
This year’s event is a walk through Comer Woods starting at 10.30am.
Spooky fancy dress is optional. There will be a prize awarded for the best costume.
Three walk options will be available.
